Balancing of Vacation Leave. An employee’s accumulated vacation time in excess of 280 hours shall be forfeited as of December 31st of each calendar year. 11.2.2.1 Conservation Officer’s accumulated vacation time which is in excess of 280 hours shall be forfeited as of February 28, of the following calendar year. This balancing of accumulated vacation time does not include January and February earnings.
