Body Armor In recognition of the need to enhance the personal safety of security personnel at DHMH and Correctional Facilities, the parties agree that non-probationary security personnel who have contact with forensic patients and/or inmates should generally have the opportunity to have individually fitted stab proof vests and, in addition, individually fitted bullet proof vests will be provided to officers on an “as-needed” basis. The sharing of vests shall not be considered an acceptable practice and vests may transferred from employee to employee only if such vests are a proper fit and are appropriately sanitized in accordance with practices necessary to eliminate the risk of the spread of MRSA and other communicable diseases. The parties agree to meet and agree to policies, including any limitations or exclusions, for the provision of stab proof vests to correctional officers and security attendants by January 31, 2008. wire HDSL-Compatible Loop This is a designed Loop that meets Carrier Serving Area (CSA) specifications, may be up to 12,000 feet long and may have up to 2,500 feet of bridged tap (inclusive of Loop length). It may be a 2-wire or 4-wire circuit and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.
FTTP Loop A Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in an end user’s serving End Office to the demarcation point at the end user’s customer premises or to a serving area interface at which the fiber optic cable connects to copper or coaxial distribution facilities that extend to the end user's customer premises demarcation point, provided that all copper or coaxial distribution facilities extending from such serving area interface are not more than 500 feet from the demarcation point at the respective end users' customer premises; provided, however, that in the case of predominantly residential multiple dwelling units (MDUs), an FTTP Loop is a Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in the End Office that serves the multiunit premises: (a) to or beyond the multiunit premises’ minimum point of entry (MPOE), as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 68.105; or
Copper Subloops Sprint will make available access to copper subloops on an unbundled basis. A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.
-wire ADSL-Compatible Loop This is a designed Loop that is provisioned according to Revised Resistance Design (RRD) criteria and may be up to 18,000 feet long and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap (inclusive of Loop length). The Loop is a 2-wire circuit and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.
Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.
WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
