Bargaining – Alternate Model. The Board and the Association may enter into an alternate negotiation model by mutual agreement. Should an alternative model be used: (1) The parties agree to the appropriate training, (2) The parties agree to establish general rules, (3) The parties agree to develop a transitional plan to facilitate the return, if necessary, to traditional bargaining, (4) The parties agree to waive the provisions contained in 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.3.5, and 1.3.7 below while bargaining under an alternative negotiation model.
