Bargaining Meetings. 1. Bargaining meetings shall be scheduled by the parties and, until bargaining is concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time and place of a subsequent meeting. 2. Meetings shall be scheduled at reasonable intervals, places and times to avoid as nearly as is practicable, conflict and interference with school and employment schedules. 3. Bargaining meetings shall be closed to the press and public. 4. Either party may recess for caucuses of reasonable length at any time. 5. Each party shall keep minutes of meetings only if it deems necessary and only in such form and detail as it may determine advisable.
