Common use of Bargaining Unit Layoff List/Same Classification Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Layoff List/Same Classification. Upon request, the names of such 11 were laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff or as a result of reallocation in the order of 12 Classification Seniority.
