BARTENDER FEES. All groups of 20 or more requesting full liquor service upstairs that do not buy a bar package, will require a private bartender. A $100 bartender fee will be added.

Other Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Processing Fees Developer shall pay all Processing Fees for Ministerial Permits and Approvals in the amount in effect when such Ministerial Permit and Approvals are sought.
