All approved leaves of absence (refer to chart 10.10) – with or without pay will not affect the anniversary date or the date of hire. Flight Attendants will be paid a minimum of base salary for 85 hours of duty. All hours exceeding 85 hours will be paid at the overtime hourly rate.
