Uniform Committee. L.C. may designate a committee of three (3) members to make recommendations (which represent a consensus of the committee) to the Chief of Police concerning members' uniforms. Any proposed change(s) to the uniforms shall be reviewed by the Uniform Committee, and the Committee shall make a recommendation to the Chief of Police regarding such proposed change(s) prior to the final decision by the Chief.
Uniform Committee. 1. The parties will establish a uniform committee made up of at least one (1) management representative and up to six (6) Union members, not including the Union Co-Chair, to review and receive recommendations from the Union, at the national level, on matters concerning:
a. Design and quality of uniforms and uniform items
b. Additional uniform items and options
c. Uniform directives
d. Changes to the uniform
e. Quality assurance
f. Wear testing
g. Bargaining unit employee suggestions on uniforms
h. Review of vendor performance
i. Establishment of criteria for uniform vendors and specifications for uniform contracts
j. Other related issues
2. The uniform committee will be briefed on vendor issues and concerns.
3. The uniform committee will meet once per year and AFGE representatives will participate on duty time. TSA will pay the travel and per diem expenses, if any, of AFGE's representatives.
4. The uniform committee will hold one meeting per year at TSA Headquarters or at a no cost facility as mutually agreed to by the Co-Chairs. This one (1) meeting will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, unless modified in accordance with Section K.5. The Monday and Friday, preceding and following the meeting date will be reserved for travel to and from the meeting locations and pre- and post- meeting uniform committee work, if necessary. Any other uniform committee meetings may be held by teleconference or videoconference at a time agreed upon by the uniform committee Co-Chairs. The length of these other meetings will also be agreed upon by the uniform committee Co-Chairs.
5. Matters proposed for discussion by either party will be forwarded to the other party at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting date. Any matter not submitted by this timeframe will not be considered for discussion unless by mutual consent of the parties. Failure to provide appropriate topics within the prescribed timeframe may result in a modification to the length of the meeting.
6. The uniform committee will be governed by procedures set forth below:
a. One (1) management representative and four (4) union representatives shall constitute a quorum at a meeting of the uniform committee.
b. The uniform committee will have two (2) co-chairs: one (1) AFGE co-chair and one
(1) management co-chair.

Uniform Committee. The Union shall be entitled to select a representative to serve on the uniform committee where one exists, and such representative shall meet without loss of pay.
Uniform Committee. 12-4.01 Three (3) Union Representatives will be designated to participate in the Company’s Uniform Committee to discuss uniform issues that may arise.
Uniform Committee. The Company and the Union shall establish a Uniform Committee to address issues with regards to Uniforms and Luggage.
Uniform Committee. The Employer shall maintain a Uniform Committee which shall consist of three (3) persons selected by the Employer and three (3) persons selected by the Federation. The duties of the Uniform Committee shall include developing and maintaining a list of clothing and equipment which must be obtained in order to commence employment with the Department. Each January, the Committee shall calculate the cost of obtaining all of the clothing and equipment on such list. The Committee shall then prepare and maintain a cost index which measures the annual percentage change from year to year in the cost of purchasing the clothing and equipment on the list.
Uniform Committee. The Committee's objective is to make recommendations to the Company about the colour, fabric, model and safety of uniforms, in accordance with Article 20.
Uniform Committee. Annually, the Director of Food Services and the Chapter Vice President will convene a committee to determine the uniform policy for the District. The committee shall consist of no more than four (4) persons appointed by the District and four (4) persons appointed by the Union. Any recommendations presented by the committee shall be approved by both the Union and the District in accordance with Article V of this agreement.
Uniform Committee. As discussed during negotiations, it is our understanding that, it is a legitimate responsibility of the Uniform Committee to review the quality, quantity, style and type of clothing currently being issued to members of the bargaining unit. It is also the Committee's responsibility to make recommendations on these matters to the Superintendent. It shall also be the mandate of the Uniform Committee during the term of this Agreement to review and recommend alternate methods of providing Uniforms to reduce the Employer's cost of supplying uniforms.
Uniform Committee. The Uniform Committee is composed of 6 members and will include 4 bargaining members, two of which will be chosen by the Union.
