Common use of Base Education and Experience Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Base Education and Experience Adjustment. Newly hired full-time academic employees shall be placed on the salary schedule according to the following criteria. All academic credits referenced below are quarter credits; adjustments shall be made for semester credits at an exchange of 1 semester credit = 1.5 quarter credits. All years referenced below refer to years of relevant work experience.
