Duties of Tenure Termination Committee. A. Upon receipt of a request for a hearing from an affected faculty member, the College President shall notify the Board of Trustees and request that the Board appoint an impartial hearing officer who shall be a neutral person who is experienced in adjudicating personnel/legal disputes and shall not be, with the exception of Administrative Law Judges, an employee of the State of Washington or any of its political subdivisions or be a member of the Board of Trustees of any community college in the State of Washington.
