Common use of Base Training Clause in Contracts

Base Training. No pilot shall be scheduled for more than five (5) hours of flight deck duty during airplane base training, plus a combined total of three (3) hours briefing and debriefing. Flights where base training occurs shall be limited to 8 hours of block time. Subsequent to the end of debriefing of an airplane base training flight, a minimum of twelve (12) hours shall elapse before the beginning of the next scheduled activity.
