Basic Management Software System and Hardware License Use. A pawn Management Software System supplied by Data Age Business Systems Inc. shall be used at all Member Facilities. Such system gives Ballistics and Member the ability to monitor, analyze, control, and quickly adapt to changing business opportunities as well as regulatory compliance. A unique username and password for each Member and will enable the concurrent use of the System by the number of authorized users at the Facility only. A high-speed internet connection (i.e., DSL or higher) is required for such use. Member agrees to maintain the supported hardware installed. Furthermore, Member agrees to comply with all required maintenance agreements or minimum maintenance requirements for the supported hardware and System. Member further agrees to prepare the site Facility as may be reasonably requested by Ballistics.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Software License Terms (a) Software that is made available by a Provider to Recipient in connection with any Service (any such Software being referred to herein as “TSA-Licensed Software”) provided hereunder will be subject to the terms set forth in this Section 3.5 except as otherwise provided in the applicable Service Schedule. The Provider hereby grants to the Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, in object code form, any TSA-Licensed Software that is made available by the Provider pursuant to a Service Schedule. For the avoidance of doubt, the Provider that makes available any TSA-Licensed Software in connection with the provision of any Service retains the unrestricted right to enhance or otherwise modify such TSA-Licensed Software at any time, provided that such enhancements or other modifications do not disrupt the provision of such Service to the Recipient.
