BASIC SERVICES SCHEDULE AND SUMMARY. The Consultant agrees to furnish or cause to be furnished to the extent authorized by Service Order all architectural and engineering professional services, as further summarized below and in the attached Exhibit DScope of Services, incorporated herein by reference, collectively designated as Basic Services, in the Parts delineated and described herein unless modified by the Service Order, for the design, construction Work Related Services, and satisfactory completion of the Project described in all contract documents. The Consultant shall be responsible for correction of any errors, omissions and/or ambiguities, as reasonably determined by the Broward Health Representative, resulting from the Services. Numerical timeframes listed shall mean calendar days. As more fully described and specified in Exhibit D – Scope of Services, the types of services that may be requested and furnished pursuant to a Service Order consist of the following parts: Part 1 Program Verification and Research/Investigation Part 2 Preparation of Schematic Design Documents Part 3 Design Development Part 3A (50% Complete Project Documents) Part 3B (100% Complete Project Documents) Part 3C (Bid Documents) Part 4 Bidding and Coordination Part 5 Construction Administration Services Consultant understands that any given Service Order may include one, all, or any number of these parts.

BASIC SERVICES SCHEDULE AND SUMMARY. The Consultant agrees to furnish or cause to be furnished to the extent authorized by Service Order all architectural and engineering professional services, as further specified below, for each project and in the subject RFQ, Division 1.0 – Procedures and Scope of Services, Paragraph 1.2 – Scope of Services, incorporated herein by reference, collectively designated as Basic Services, unless modified by the Service Order, for the satisfactory completion of the Project described in all contract documents. The Consultant shall be responsible for correction of any errors, omissions and/or ambiguities, as reasonably determined by the Trust Representative, resulting from the Services. Numerical timeframes listed shall mean calendar days. The Consultant shall prepare and submit to the Trust, for its review and approval, a production schedule for each project. The Production schedule shall indicate in real calendar time, starting with the date of the NTP through the completion of the Project. The Production Schedule shall be provided in Microsoft Project, Primavera, Visio, or like media. The Consultant is obligated to complete the services in accordance with the approved Production Schedule, and shall furnish sufficient personnel, equipment, and facilities and shall work such hours as necessary to assure such completion.

In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY. Such supplemental agreement shall be executed by the FIRST PARTY and may be approved by the City Manager upon recommendation of the Department Head.

  • Services Description 2.1 ‘Ethernet’ – shall mean the provision of a fibre or copper or radio or optical data circuit or any mix of fibre, copper, radio and optical between two locations based on IEEE 802.3 standard.

  • Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. All monitoring tasks must be located within or adjacent to the Project area and follow the Department’s Regional Coastal Monitoring Program and FWC's marine turtle and shorebird monitoring programs. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects. The Local Sponsor must submit work products directly to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agencies in accordance with permit conditions to be eligible for reimbursement under this task, unless otherwise directed.

  • Appendix No 4: The proposed fee(s) submitted by this contractor in response to the RFP, or any negotiated fee(s) that resulted thereto, which fee(s) shall apply to each procurement that ensues from this contract;

  • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”). Such fees and out-of-pocket expenses and advances identified under Section 5.2 below may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.

  • APPENDIX F Appendix F, HBITS Processes and Forms, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Parties agree that the processes and forms set forth in this appendix may be updated as necessary, such as to facilitate the development of a web portal or other automated systems. OGS reserves the right to make changes to these processes and forms without seeking the prior written approval of the Department of Law or OSC, however, OGS agrees that any such changes shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract and not be material or substantive in nature. The Parties agree that detailed instructions for the completion of these forms shall be set forth in the “How to Use” document presented on the OGS web site or as part of the web portal or other automated system. Form 8, Monthly Report, shall be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher format, which will be separately provided by OGS.
