BASIS OF PURCHASE. 2.1 The Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Supplier and Balfour Xxxxxx as to the terms upon which the Goods and/or Services shall be supplied and delivered. No variation to the Purchase Order or to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the duly authorized representatives of Balfour Xxxxxx and the Supplier. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any quotation, tender, delivery note, invoice, order acknowledgement, correspondence or other document issued by the Supplier, these Conditions shall apply to all Purchase Orders issued by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and all other terms or conditions are excluded.

BASIS OF PURCHASE. This Agreement is formed on the basis of the Clauses set out in the main body of this Agreement and any terms accepted by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx in writing in the Purchase Order and sets out the only terms that shall apply between the Parties in relation to the supply and delivery of the IT Goods and/or IT Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any quotation, tender, delivery note, invoice, order acknowledgement, correspondence or other document issued by the Supplier, these Clauses shall apply to all Purchase Orders issued by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and all other terms or conditions are excluded.
BASIS OF PURCHASE. 2.1. The Order constitutes an offer by the Buyer to purchase the Goods and/or acquire the Services specified in the Order subject to these Conditions. 2.2. These Conditions shall apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions on which any quotation has been given to the Buyer and to the exclusion of any other terms that the Seller seeks to impose or incorporate or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. 2.3. The Buyer may withdraw the offer constituted by the Order at any time unless it has been unconditionally accepted by the Seller in Writing.
BASIS OF PURCHASE. 2.1 The Order constitutes an offer by CRE to purchase the Goods and/or acquire the Services subject to these Conditions. 2.2 These Conditions shall apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions on which any quotation has been given to CRE or subject to which the Order is accepted or purported to be accepted by the Seller 2.3 The Order will be deemed to have been accepted by the Seller seven days after its date unless the Seller advises CRE otherwise in writing prior to that date. Delivery by the Seller shall of itself constitute an acceptance of the Order. 2.4 No variation to the Order or these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of CRE and the Seller.

Upon expiration, the Purchaser shall have no obligations to make payment or compensate the Seller

THESE CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE CONTRACT TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH ANY QUOTATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE PURCHSER OR SUBJECT TO WHICH THE ORDER IS ACCEPTED OR PURPORTED TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE VENDOR. 2.3. NO VARIATION TO THE ORDER OR THESE CONDITIONS SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING BETWEEN THE AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PURCHASER AND THE VENDOR.

Signing the order form implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, the terms specified in the congress guidelines, as well as all safety, health, and access rules to the Event site, and all the prescriptions or regulations of public order applicable in the country where the Event is organised. 2.2 The Sponsor shall be responsible for the accuracy of its submitted bookings and is agreed with EASL’s terms for any order. 2.3 No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Buyer and the Seller.
