Batch Size. After the validation campaign, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the Batch size of the Products shall be 1100g (+/- 20%), before sampling 40 ml of 100 g/l equivalent to 4g of Products per Batch for analysis & retained samples and analyses samples required by Oasmia or Oasmia subcontracted for laboratory for analyses.
Batch Size. 11.1 GTP can create batches on IT system only for centres and sectors that have been approved by SPMU. While creating a draft batch, GTP would define batch details such as District, tehsil, sector, course and batch-type. Next, GTP would assign candidates to this batch; verify (ID, Age and address proof) of each candidate. Each candidate would be mapped to a scheme by GTP. This draft batch would then be submitted for DPMU validation. DPMU-user would view batches of his district that have come for validation. DPMU can either approve/reject/send the batch back to GTP. Batches that are approved by DPMU would then go for final approval of SPMU. SPMU can either approve/reject/send the batch back to GTP. GTP would then assign trainers, (SDI TBNs), Batch-timings and start-end dates for approved batches followed by uploading of attendance csv files. Candidates from batches that have been rejected by SPMU/DPMU would be released by system so that they can be added in further batches.
11.2 The maximum batch size allowed is 27 and minimum batch size is 15.
Batch Size. P&GP shall have the right to order Product as follows:
(a) P&GP shall have the right to order the full targeted yield of one or more whole Batches of a single Product, each unit of which shall be packaged in single specified pouch/language combinations and SKU. The targeted yield of a Batch of T-Patch is set forth on Schedule 2. The parties will discuss and determine implications of any adjustment of targeted yield (e.g. validation, change control) that may be necessary to reflect increases or decreases in anticipated yield.
(b) P&GP shall have the right to order a single Batch of a Product split into multiple Purchase Orders having distinct pouches and/or cartons. In the event P&GP shall desire to so split a Batch, P&GP shall pay to NOVEN the applicable charges set forth under the heading “Split Lot Costs” on Schedule 2 attached hereto (the “Split Lot Charges”).
(c) P&GP shall have the right to submit a single or multiple Purchase Order(s) requesting less than the full yield of a Batch of a Product. In the event P&GP shall desire to order less than the full yield of a Batch of Product, P&GP shall pay to NOVEN the applicable charges set forth under the heading “Full Batch Order with Partial Batch Processing” on Schedule 2 attached hereto (the “Partial Batch Charges” and, together with the Split Lot Charges, the “Additional Charges”). It is acknowledged and agreed that a single Purchase Order may be subject to Split Lot Charges as well as Partial Lot Charges.
(d) P&GP shall have the right to request NOVEN to validate a *** batch of Product (a “***”). In the event that P&GP desires that NOVEN establish the capability to produce a ***, P&GP shall submit to NOVEN a written request for validation of the mixing process for ***. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of such written notice from P&GP, NOVEN will provide P&GP with a written estimate of the cost to perform validation of the mixing process for ***. If P&GP provides NOVEN with written approval of the estimated validation cost, then NOVEN shall carry out such validation at P&GP’s sole cost and expense. After successful completion of such validation, NOVEN shall provide P&GP with written notice thereof, and P&GP shall thereafter have the right to submit Purchase Orders for ***. In the event P&GP exercises its right to request ***, P&GP shall pay NOVEN a per-patch purchase price to be agreed by the parties and to be set forth in Schedule 2 attached hereto. Batch Size. Bone Care shall provide its orders of Product in Draxis’ standard manufacturing Batch sizes for each of the Product as referenced in Schedule “C” and reflected in the *** Rolling Forecast. Bone Care acknowledges that costs for recycling or disposing of the balance of a Batch may be incurred if it orders Product in less than standard Batch size, and accordingly, Bone Care agrees to reimburse Draxis for all such reasonable costs incurred by Draxis to the extent that such costs have not already been included in the invoice price relating to such order. Draxis agrees to try to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to minimize the costs to Bone Care if it orders Product in less than standard Batch size.
Batch Size. Purchases of Product shall be in full batch amounts, with the current full batch amount being approximately 250,000 units of Product, based upon the Product’s formulation as of the Effective Date. Said batch size has been agreed to by the Parties regarding final, finished, packaged and labeled Product; it is recognized by Harrow that the batch of Product manufactured by Sintetica’s TPM is a larger size, with the intention that the TPM batch will be timely split by Sintetica for the purpose of supply under this Agreement and also for other countries outside of the Territory.

UCB shall request Amgen's prior written approval (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) if smaller batches are to be delivered to Amgen. Batch Size. This section only appears when the “Spreadsheet with Data” file type is selected. The “Batch Size” section of the dialog has a small text box and a slider for selecting the size of the batches into which the program should divide the data. It defaults to the maximum number of observations possible in one input file (1,000), but it can be adjusted if a smaller number of observations per file is desired. Move the slider or type a number in the box to change the batch size. If the number of observations is not a multiple of the batch size, then the last batch will be smaller than the batch size number.
