Number of Observations. Every employee in the first two consecutive school years of employment shall be evaluated at least one time per semester by no later than the 60th school day of the semester. Every employee during the third and fourth years of employment shall be evaluated at least one time each school year by no later than February 15. After their fourth year of employment every employee shall be evaluated at least once every three years by no later than February 15 of the school year. Teachers who have been tenured in another district will be evaluated at least once a year for the first two years by no later than February 15. Further evaluation observations may be scheduled or unscheduled through discussion with staff member and administrator.

Contracted 16-59 days require one formal observation b. Contracted 60-119 days require two formal observations + Professional Practice Self- Reflection and Goal Setting c. Contracted 120+ days require three formal observations + Professional Practice Self- Reflection and Goal Setting
