Battalion Chief Candidate Sample Clauses

Battalion Chief Candidate. Excluding the first five (5) years in the rank of Lieutenant required for promotion exam eligibility, there shall be awarded one (1) point for each year of completed creditable service in the rank of Lieutenant up to the rank seniority component maximum ten (10) points. Incomplete years: one quarter point (0.25) for each three months of completed creditable service in the rank of Lieutenant will be added up to the rank seniority component maximum of ten (10) points.
