BBQs. You may only have a BBQ in the designated spaces using the facilities that are available in these locations. These must be booked in advance by you at your local Halls reception, and you must comply with the health and safety guidance relating to their fair use.

BBQs. To turn on BBQ, turn on gas valve from tank, wait 10 seconds and turn on BBQ knob. To turn off, do same. USE ONLY dry marinades as liquid marinades, crystallize into the grill and could cause blockage problems.

BBQs. If the Property has barbeque(s) (BBQ) available for common use by residents, residents must only use the BBQ for its intended purpose. Resident(s) who use the BBQ must keep it tidy and clean it after each use. Due to the inherent fire hazards, residents are not permitted, under any circumstances, to bring in or use a BBQ in the Property (including the Room and/or the Apartment), other than those supplied by the Property.

BBQs. Each BBQ is connected to the gas supply by a timer. • This timer needs to be turned on to use the BBQ. • Once the timers are turned on, the BBQ’s are to be turn on AND OFF normally (from the BBQ dials). • DO NOT leave the BBQ/s dials in ‘on’ position after use – even if the timer has shut off the gas.

BBQs. Should you use the BBQ, please ensure that you clean it prior to your check-out to avoid the cleaning charge. The cleaning products and brush you need for this is provided under the sink in your cottage. Our cleaners charge $50 per BBQ for cleaning.

BBQs. There is a BBQ for your convenience and we will endeavour to have it clean upon your arrival. Please ensure the grills are clean again after use and report any issues with the BBQs, or low fuel. Do not bring propane fuel into cookhouse or dormitory. Please do not use wire brushes to clean the BBQ.
