Cleaning Charge. 7.2.1 If the Tenant wishes to employ its own cleaner to clean the Premises, the Tenant must first obtain the Landlord’s consent to the cleaning contractor and the cleaning specifications.‌‌
Cleaning Charge. Cleaning charges of £60 per hour will be payable if the boat is not returned in a condition that is reasonably comparable with the cleanliness of the boat at the start of the period of hire and further charges will apply to correct damage caused by spillages, stains or other negligence. All kitchen crockery and equipment must be clean, washed, dried and stored away. Cleaning Charge. 7.2.1 If the Tenant wishes to employ its own cleaner to clean the Premises, the Tenant must first obtain the Landlord’s consent to the cleaning contractor and the cleaning specifications. 7.2.2 The Tenant must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that their cleaning contracts (and where relevant, cleaning contracts entered into by any sub-tenant) require cleaners to comply with any building waste strategies or energy or water reduction strategies as relevant, and use, where possible, products which are: (a) natural; (b) solvent free; and (c) hydrocarbon free.
Cleaning Charge. CCI charges a cleaning charge at its then current labor rate per hour for the clearing of excessively dirty Equipment as determined in CCI’s sole discretion.

Cleaning Charge. (a) If the Tenant requests that the Landlord provide a cleaning service for the Premises the Tenant must pay the Landlord’s reasonable Costs of cleaning the Premises. Cleaning Charge. (a) The Lessee will (subject as hereinafter provided) during the term pay to the Lessor in Sydney without demand from the Lessor and without any deduction whatsoever the basic cleaning charge (if applicable) set out in Item 5 in the Reference Schedule which charge relates to the cost of the cleaning of the Premises and the Lessee's proportion of the costs of the cleaning of Common Areas, such cleaning charge to be paid by equal monthly instalments in advance on the days fixed for the payment of rent under this Lease. (c) The Lessor shall notify the Lessee in writing of the amount of any increase or decrease in the basic cleaning charge and the date from which such increase shall be operative and the first payment by the Lessee to the Lessor upon such notice being given shall be made at the date next following the service of such notice on which the next monthly instalment of rent is due under this Lease.
