Cleaning Charge. 7.2.1 If the Tenant wishes to employ its own cleaner to clean the Premises, the Tenant must first obtain the Landlord’s consent to the cleaning contractor and the cleaning specifications.
Cleaning Charge. Cleaning charges of £60 per hour will be payable if the boat is not returned in a condition that is reasonably comparable with the cleanliness of the boat at the start of the period of hire and further charges will apply to correct damage caused by spillages, stains or other negligence. All kitchen crockery and equipment must be clean, washed, dried and stored away. Where dog(s) or other pets were permitted, any pet hairs or marks are found on beds or seating areas will incur an extra cleaning charge at the above rate. Any sign of damage from a cigarette xxxxx to soft furnishing or smell of cigarette smoke on board will incur a charge of £100.
Cleaning Charge. If the Landlord elects to provide a cleaning service for the Premises the Tenant must pay the Landlord’s reasonable Costs of cleaning the Premises.

Cleaning Charge. You must exclusively use the cleaning service We have made available for the Building and pay the cost of the cleaning service at the rates negotiated by Us with the cleaning contractor on a competitive tender basis ("CLEANING CHARGE"). Your Premises must be cleaned to the minimum standard set out In Our cleaning specification. If You want extra cleaning You must notify the cleaning contractor of Your additional requirements and pay for that extra cleaning. You must pay all Cleaning Charges directly to Our cleaning contractor. We regularly and, at least annually, review the cleaning contractor and negotiated rates and We may change the cleaning contractor and rates at any time. You must ensure that any contract You make with the cleaning contractor can be cancelled by You if the cleaning contractor is not reappointed or is terminated.
Cleaning Charge. (a) The Lessee will (subject as hereinafter provided) during the term pay to the Lessor in Sydney without demand from the Lessor and without any deduction whatsoever the basic cleaning charge (if applicable) set out in Item 5 in the Reference Schedule which charge relates to the cost of the cleaning of the Premises and the Lessee's proportion of the costs of the cleaning of Common Areas, such cleaning charge to be paid by equal monthly instalments in advance on the days fixed for the payment of rent under this Lease.
(b) The Lessor shall from time to time be entitled to increase the basic cleaning charge only if there be an increase in the costs to the Lessor of cleaning the Demised Premises and the Common Areas. The Lessor must decrease the basic cleaning charge if there is a decrease in the cost to the Lessor of cleaning the Demised Premises and the Common Areas by that amount which is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
(c) The Lessor shall notify the Lessee in writing of the amount of any increase or decrease in the basic cleaning charge and the date from which such increase shall be operative and the first payment by the Lessee to the Lessor upon such notice being given shall be made at the date next following the service of such notice on which the next monthly instalment of rent is due under this Lease. 7.2.2 The Tenant must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that their cleaning contracts (and where relevant, cleaning contracts entered into by any sub-tenant) require cleaners to comply with any building waste strategies or energy or water reduction strategies as relevant, and use, where possible, products which are:
(a) natural;
(b) solvent free; and
(c) hydrocarbon free.
Cleaning Charge. Should management be required to remove any such personal belongings or debris from a common area belonging to the tenant, the tenant shall be charged a flat fee of $25 per instance for the removal of such items.
Cleaning Charge. (a) If the Tenant requests that the Landlord provide a cleaning service for the Premises the Tenant must pay the Landlord’s reasonable Costs of cleaning the Premises.
(b) If clause 5.8(a) does not apply, the Tenant must arrange the cleaning of the Premises at the cost of the Tenant.
Cleaning Charge. We have a cleaning service for each cabin. If there is a need for any extra or excessive cleaning after your departure, you will be charged a minimum of at least $100.00 or more depending on the nature of the damage or mess. Please keep in mind that the signed rental agreement is a legal and binding contract and therefore gives Mohican Cabins the right to collect payments for damages, missing items, and excessive cleaning made necessary by your stay. Full payment for all damages, missing items and extra cleaning are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card provided by the lessee and/or the one who signs the rental agreement.
