Beginning with the 2016. 2017 contract year and for the life of the 2016-2019 successor agreement to the current PVSD-PVTA Master Contract, a pay-for-performance compensation system, applicable to all permanent-status PVTA unit members, shall continue. Probationary Unit Members (New Hires): Probationary unit members shall remain on the Base Salary Schedule (Appendix E) for the duration of their probationary period and shall advance accordingly each year. Newly hired probationary unit members shall be initially placed on the schedule according to the step-and-column credits awarded by the District upon initial hire. The Base Salary Schedule shall be restructured as provided in the attached schedules (Appendix E) beginning in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. The Base Salary Schedule for 2016-2017 contains an increase of .54% beginning in 2016-2017 to reflect the addition of one work day for professional development pursuant to the partiesMemorandum of Understanding for 2016-2017 and modification of Article 7 (Unit Member Work Year) commencing in 2017-2018 and continuing thereafter. Salaries for permanent-status unit members shall be determined according to a differentiated compensation structure based on one or more of the following measures of unit member growth and service: 13.1.1. Professional Development (Professional Development/University Unit Approval Form) Guaranteed opportunity for every unit member = 2.4% per year. Members may “bank” up to an additional 6 semester units or 90 hours or combination of units/hours up to a 2.4% to be applied to the following year’s salary. 13.1.1.1. accredited university unit/credits: .4% increase per semester unit - must be completed and verified by September 15, in order to be compensated in the current year, otherwise the salary increase posts to the following work year. 13.1.1.2. approved professional development hours: .4% increase per 15 hours - must be completed and verified by September 15, in order to be compensated in the current year, otherwise the salary increase posts to the following work year. (Unit members attending District-sponsored or District-mandated professional development sessions, workshops, or training shall have the option of being compensated per diem or deferring the hours toward the requisite 15-hour total for the above-described .4% salary increase.)

  • Public Holidays falling within Annual Leave (a) If a Public Holiday, as prescribed in this Agreement, falls within an Employee’s annual leave the Public Holiday does not constitute part of the Employee’s annual leave and will be paid as ordinary hours.

  • Quarterly and Annual Reconciliation 10.6.1 The Parties acknowledge that all payments made against Monthly Bills and Supplementary Bills shall be subject to quarterly reconciliation within 30 days of the end of the quarter at the beginning of the following quarter of each Contract Year and annual reconciliation at the end of each Contract Year within 30 days to take into account the Energy Accounts, Tariff adjustment payments, Tariff Rebate, Late Payment Surcharge, or any other reasonable circumstance provided under this Agreement. 10.6.2 The Parties, therefore, agree that as soon as all such data in respect of any quarter of a Contract Year or a full Contract Year as the case may be has been finally verified and adjusted, the SPD and SECI shall jointly sign such reconciliation statement. Within fifteen (15) days of signing of a reconciliation statement, the SPD shall make appropriate adjustments in the next Monthly Bill. Late Payment Surcharge/ interest shall be payable in such a case from the date on which such payment had been made to the invoicing Party or the date on which any payment was originally due, as may be applicable. Any Dispute with regard to the above reconciliation shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.

  • Variable Accumulation Period The Controlled Accumulation Period is scheduled to commence on the Stated Controlled Accumulation Period Commencement Date; provided, however, that if the Controlled Accumulation Period Length (determined as described below) on any Determination Date is different from the Initial Scheduled Controlled Accumulation Period Length, the Servicer, at its option on any Determination Date prior to the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period, may elect to modify the date on which the Controlled Accumulation Period actually commences to the last Business Day of any Due Period that precedes the Due Period that is the number of Due Periods prior to the Expected Final Payment Date equal to the Controlled Accumulation Period Length. Such election will be set forth in the Monthly Servicer Certificate. If the Servicer elects to modify the date on which the Controlled Accumulation Period commences pursuant to this Section 19, then on each Determination Date thereafter until the date on which the Controlled Accumulation Period commences the Servicer will recalculate the Controlled Accumulation Period Length; provided, however, that (i) the length of the Controlled Accumulation Period will not be less than the Minimum Controlled Accumulation Period Length and (ii) notwithstanding any other provision of this Series Supplement to the contrary, no election to postpone the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period shall be made after a Rapid Amortization Event (as described herein or in the applicable Series Supplement) shall have occurred for so long as it is continuing with respect to any Series in the Group to which the Series established hereby belongs. On each Determination Date, the Servicer will determine the "Controlled Accumulation Period Length" that will equal the number of Due Periods such that the Class Controlled Accumulation Amount for the Due Period related to the Class Expected Final Payment Date, when aggregated with the Class Controlled Accumulation Amounts for each preceding Due Period, will equal or exceed the Series Initial Investor Interest. Any notice by the Servicer electing to modify the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period pursuant to this Section 19 shall specify the following as determined on such Determination Date: (i) the Controlled Accumulation Period Length; (ii) the commencement date of the Controlled Accumulation Period; and (iii) the Class Controlled Accumulation Amount with respect to each class of such Series with respect to each Due Period. If the Controlled Accumulation Period Length as recalculated on any such Determination Date exceeds the number of full Due Periods following such Determination Date and preceding the Class A Expected Final Payment Date, the commencement date of the Controlled Accumulation Period will be such Determination Date.
