Benefits During Layoff. A Regular Employee who is laid off may make prior arrangements to pay the full premiums of any applicable benefit plans to assure continuation of such protection if so desired, for a maximum of three (3) months. Failure by the Regular Employee to submit the premium payments to the Employer will result in the discontinuation of benefit coverage.
