Common use of Benefits for Part Clause in Contracts

Benefits for Part. Time Employees‌ Part-time employees with regular appointments of at least 17.5 hours per week (35 hours biweekly) will be entitled to group life insurance, extended health, dental and medical benefits, the premiums of which will be paid on a pro rata basis and will be in accordance with the terms and policies of the carriers.
