BENEFITS IN ADDITION TO SALARY. A. The Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall be granted twelve (12) sick days during the term of this contract. Any unused sick leave shall be cumulative in accordance with the provisions of Title 18A. B. The Board shall provide the Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator with individual or family health benefits coverage and Xxx. Xxxxxx agrees to pay a portion of the premium costs for such health benefits in the amount of one percent (1%) of her annual salary. The Board shall pay the remaining premium costs for all such coverage, not to exceed the costs paid on behalf of teaching staff members as of the date of the signing of this Contract. Such limitation shall in no way link this Contract with any agreement collectively negotiated with district employees. Payment to be paid by the Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall be effectuated through payroll deduction. C. The Board shall reimburse the Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator for professional membership dues incurred by her in connection with membership in the following organizations: New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association Xxxxxx County Principals Association Xxxxxx County Curriculum Network National Association of Elementary Principals Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development D. The Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall be entitled to twenty (20) vacation days annually at the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools. Five vacation days may be carried over to the following school year with the prior approval of the Superintendent. E. The Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall be entitled to (3) personal days annually. Unused personal days shall not be cumulative, but shall be converted to sick days and added to her accumulated sick leave on June 30, 2010. F. The Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall receive the following fourteen (14) holidays: New Year’s Day Veteran’s Day (to be observed on the Friday President’s Day (of Teacher’s Convention whenever school Day after President’s Day is open on Veteran’s Day) Good Friday Thanksgiving and day after Memorial Day Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Fourth of July New Year’s Eve Labor Day The fringe benefits and leave as provided in this Article III shall constitute all fringe benefits and leave to which the Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall be entitled during the term of this contract. The sum of $1,000.00 shall be budgeted for the purpose of paying fees and costs incurred through attendance at programs, seminars, workshops, and conventions for the purpose of professional growth and development with prior approval of the Superintendent.

The Assistant Principal of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx SchoolBoard Secretary/District Technology Coordinator School Business Administrator shall be entitled to twenty (20) earn 20 vacation days annually at during the discretion 2008 – 2009 school year. During a leave of the Superintendent absence, vacation time will be prorated accordingly. One less day of Schoolsvacation time will be granted for each month of a leave of absence. Five All vacation days may be carried over to the following school year with the must have prior approval of the SuperintendentSuperintendent or the Board of Education. All vacation time must be used prior to June 30, 2009. Unused vacation time shall not be cumulative.

The Assistant Principal Board Secretary/School Business Administrator shall be granted up to five (5) consecutive working days, but in no case more the seven (7) calendar days following the death of a spouse or near relative (parent, child, brother, sister, grandparents) of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx School/District Technology Coordinator shall receive the following fourteen (14) holidays: New Year’s Day Veteran’s Day (to be observed on the Friday President’s Day (of Teacher’s Convention whenever school Day after President’s Day is open on Veteran’s Day) Good Friday Thanksgiving and day after Memorial Day Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Fourth of July New Year’s Eve Labor Day employee or spouse.

Any mileage reimbursement shall be at .31 per mile. However, the Board shall not reimburse the Board Secretary/School Business Administrator for any mileage incurred by his connection with commuting to or from his own home to school or to any required school meetings. In addition, reimbursement shall not be permitted for meals purchased by the purpose Board Secretary/School Business Administrator which are not directly related to or involved with the discharge of paying fees and costs incurred through attendance at programsexpressly assigned school duties.
