Benefits on Non-Compensated Leave. Bargaining unit members on an approved non-compensated leave of absence may continue in the medical insurance benefit program for one (1) calendar year if the unit member reimburses the Office for the full cost of coverage in a timely manner. Bargaining unit members on an approved leave or absent without approval shall have their insurance fringe benefits cancelled for the period of the unapproved leave of absence.
