Benefits, Seniority & Service. Throughout a pregnancy and/or parental leave, an employee on such leave shall continue to accrue seniority and service. For accumulation of vacation credits, service for full-time employees shall be continuous for the period as defined in the Employment Standards Act, 2000 for pregnancy and parental leaves. In addition, all benefits, including pension, to which there are co-contributions made by both the employee and the Corporation shall continue in effect throughout the leave unless the employee gives written notice of their intention to discontinue their regular contributions, in which case, such coverage shall cease for the period of the leave.

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

Determinations of disability may be made by the Employer based on an employee’s written request for disability separation or after obtaining a written statement from a licensed physician or licensed mental health professional. The Employer can require an employee to obtain a medical examination, at Employer expense, from a licensed physician or licensed mental health professional of the Employer’s choice.   • Pre-Employment Testing A pre-employment drug test will be conducted under the following conditions, except where conditions listed in Part 382.301(b)(c) are met:
