Pre-Employment Testing. Nothing in this Contract shall limit the right of the City to conduct any tests it may deem appropriate for persons seeking employment prior to their date of hire. The parties agree that the Lodge has no role or responsibility with regard to any such pre-employment testing.
Pre-Employment Testing. A pre-employment drug test will be conducted under the following conditions, except where conditions listed in Part 382.301(b)(c) are met:
(a) All initial temporary appointments and/or subsequent temporary appointments to the Agency, unless the employee meets the requirements outlined in the regulations.
(b) Where an employee possesses a commercial driver license and receives a new assignment requiring the possession of a CDL. Section 5.
Pre-Employment Testing. A pre-employment drug test will be conducted under the following conditions, except where conditions listed in Part 382.301(b)(c) are met:
(a) New hire to the Agency, unless the employee meets the requirements outlined in the regulations.
(b) Return from layoff.
(c) Reemployed as a seasonal employee.
(d) Promotions, demotions and transfers where the employee moves into a position that requires a commercial driver license.
(e) Where an employee possesses a commercial driver license and receives a new assignment requiring the possession of a CDL yet does not change positions.
Pre-Employment Testing. The City of Xxxxx Heights performs drug and alcohol testing on potential employees after a conditional offer of employment.
Pre-Employment Testing. The Board must receive a controlled substance test result for each covered employee from a Medical Review Officer (MRO) indicating a verified negative result prior to the first time the employee performs an SSF for the Board.
Pre-Employment Testing. A pre-employment alcohol and drug test will be conducted under the following conditions, except where conditions listed in Part 382.301(b)(c) are met.
A. New hire to the Agency, unless the employee meets the requirements outlined in the regulations.
B. Return from layoff.
C. Promotions, demotions and transfers where the employee moves into a position that requires a CDL.
D. Where an employee possesses a CDL and receives a new assignment requiring the possession of a CDL yet does not change positions.
Pre-Employment Testing. No applicant for employment will be hired into a position of employment at the Village unless the applicant submits to and passes a pre-employment drug test subsequent to an offer of employment. Additionally, any employee who has not performed work for the Village for six (6) or more consecutive calendar months shall be required to take a pre-employment drug test with a verified negative result. If a pre-employment drug test is cancelled, the applicant shall be required to submit to and pass another test.
Pre-Employment Testing. All applicants for City employment may be required to submit to pre-employment/pre-duty drug testing. This applies to initial appointment as a classified employee only, and not to promotion within the service. Note: there is no pre-employment alcohol test.
Pre-Employment Testing. All applicants for employment will be required to give consent to a physical examination including, but not limited to, the collections of urine to be submitted for, illegal drug and controlled substances screening and confirmation tests. Applicants must agree that test results are to be released to those officials of the Xxxx Public Schools who make employment decisions. Failure of the applicant to so consent in writing will result in elimination of the applicant’s consideration for employment. A qualification for employment by the Xxxx Public Schools is to pass the pre-employment screening and confirmation tests for illegal drugs and controlled substances. The Xxxx Public Schools will not hire any applicant with a positive result.
Pre-Employment Testing. All successful candidates for employment in covered positions must submit and pass pre-employment testing for drugs prior to placement in the position. Testing will be conducted after the CITY makes a contingent offer of employment or transfer subject to the employee passing the test.
