Benefits While on Active Service. Notwithstanding Article 21.08, permanent employees shall be granted benefits as follows: a) Seniority - full seniority for the period of leave. b) Xxxx Leave - full sick leave credits for the period of leave. c) The above referenced benefits will be prorated for Permanent Employees working less than full-time hours.
