Bereavement Leave for Non-Immediate Family Members. Leave granted for other family relationships not listed above may be granted on a case-by-case basis. The granting or denial of additional discretionary leave by the Human Resources Director (or designee) and the immediate supervisor shall not be subject to the grievance procedure under Article 5 of this contract.
