Berthage Fees. Berthage is a fee provided for in the Fee Schedule, assessed by the Authority, based on physical size (LOA) of a Vessel when it utilizes the Berth Corridor, as well as the Vessel’s length of stay at the Berth Corridor, from the time when the first line is made fast to when the last line is cast off (the “Berthage Fee”). The Berthage Fee also applies to Vessels that are fastened to or tied up alongside any other Vessel occupying the Berth Corridor. The User is charged Xxxxxxxx Xxxx as set out in the Fee Schedule. Subject to the provisions of the Fee Schedule, Berthage Fees are not payable in respect to certain Vessels. Vessel Owners or their Vessel Agent must request an exemption from the Berthage Fee at the time they file their request for a Berth Permit. The Authority is the ultimate decision maker if such an exemption shall apply. The Authority’s decision will be final. The Authority reserves the right, in its discretion, to determine for the purposes of Berthage Fees the length of any Vessel.

Berthage Fees. In consideration for the grant of the Licence by Xxxxxx, the Customer agrees to pay the Berthage Fees to Panuku at all times during the Term in advance and in the manner stipulated by Xxxxxx to the Customer in writing, without any deduction or setoff. The Customer acknowledges that Panuku may, in its sole and absolute discretion, propose new Berthage Fees by giving the Customer not less than one (1) month’s written notice ("Review Notice"), provided that any proposed increase to the Berthage Fees shall be reasonable. The Customer shall, within ten (10) Working Days of the date of the Review Notice ("Response Date"), advise whether or not it accepts the proposed new Berthage Fees. If the Customer does not agree with the proposed new Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, then notwithstanding anything contained in the Agreement, Panuku may terminate the Agreement by written notice to the Customer, such termination to have effect from the expiry of the Review Notice. The Customer’s failure to respond by the Response Date shall be deemed acceptance of the proposed new Xxxxxxxx Xxxx. The new Berthage Fees shall apply from one (1) day after the expiry of the Review Notice.
Berthage Fees. The Vessel Owner agrees to pay Berthage Fees PRIOR to berthing the Vessel based on the size and type of vessel in accordance with the Rate Schedule incorporated herein as Schedule 1 (“Rate Schedule”). If the Vessel Owner fails to pay in advance, the daily berthage rate set out in the Rate Schedule incorporated herein as Schedule 1 (“Rate Schedule”). If the Vessel Owner fails to pay in advance, the daily berthage rate set out in the Rate Schedule will apply. Berthage Fees shall thereaOer be paid within 30 days of billing.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid.
