Common use of Bidder’s Conference Clause in Contracts

Bidder’s Conference. The Sourcing Team will sponsor a Bidders’ Conference concerning this RFP beginning at the date and time shown in the timeline above. The Bidders’ Conference will be held on the campus of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, in Xxxxxxx Lounge of Xxxxxx Xxxx. Maps of the Bowdoin College campus can be found at the following web address: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/about/campus/maps. All attendees are encouraged to give themselves adequate time to navigate the campus and locate the Bidders’ Conference location. The purpose of the Bidders’ Conference is to answer and/or field questions, clarify for potential Bidders any aspect of the RFP requirements as needed, and provide supplemental information to assist potential Bidders in submitting responses to the RFP. Although attendance at the Bidders’ Conference is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged that interested Bidders attend.
