Bilateral Meetings. The Parties acknowledge that formal bilateral meetings will be required. The uninvolved party will be provided with a summary at the next Main Table.

Bilateral Meetings. Parties, according to their request, continuously ask for meetings, and discuss for the appliance of this Act Agreement and for strengthening the collaboration in the future. Bilateral meetings will be organized at least once a month. During the meetings parties will find solutions for every problem stated during the practical appliance of this agreement.
Bilateral Meetings. 1. At the request of a Party, the Parties shall hold bilateral meetings as soon as possible after receipt of the request: a) consider or consult on any particular matter relating to standardization measures that may affect trade between the Parties; b) define and facilitate the compatibility process of its standardization measures; c) facilitate the process of negotiating mutual recognition agreements; d) discuss any other related matters. 2. For the purposes of this article, the authorities in charge of coordinating the bilateral meetings shall be those indicated in Annex 9-10. 3. When a Party has doubts about any measure related to the standardization of the other Party, such Party may turn to the other Party, through its competent authorities, in order to obtain information, clarification and/or advice in this respect. For the purposes of article 9-07, the competent authorities shall be: a) in the case of Mexico, the Ministry of Economy, through the General Directorate of Standards, or its successor; and b) in the case of Uruguay, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining, or its successor. For the purposes of article 9-10, the authorities in charge of coordinating bilateral meetings are: a) in the case of Mexico, the Ministry of Economy, through the Undersecretariat of International Trade Negotiations, or its successor; and b) in the case of Uruguay, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or its successor.

Bilateral Meetings. 1. Bilateral discussions between the competent authorities of the Parties shall be organized as necessary. 2. A report on the cooperation shall be drawn up each year. That report shall, where appropriate, be based on a cooperation plan developed and coordinated by the competent authorities of the Parties, in close collaboration with the defence attachés of the Parties.

  • GENERAL MEETINGS The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Shareholders Meetings The Company, acting through the Company Special Committee, shall take all actions in accordance with applicable Law, the Company Memorandum and the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange to establish a record date for, duly call, give notice of, convene and hold, as promptly as practicable after the Registration Statement shall have become effective, the Company Shareholders Meeting for the purpose of considering and voting upon the approval of this Agreement, the Mergers and the other transactions contemplated hereby. Subject to Section 6.07, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, the Company Special Committee shall recommend approval of this Agreement, the Mergers and the other transactions contemplated hereby by the Company Shareholders (the “Company Recommendation”) and include the Company Recommendation in the Proxy Statement/Prospectus. Unless this Agreement has been duly terminated in accordance with the terms herein, the Company shall, subject to the right of the Company Special Committee to modify its recommendation in a manner adverse to Parent under circumstances as specified in Section 6.07, take all lawful action to solicit from the Company Shareholders proxies in favor of the proposal to approve this Agreement, the Mergers and the other transactions contemplated hereby and shall take all other action reasonably necessary or advisable to secure the vote or consent of the Company Shareholders that is required by the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange and the CICL. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Company, after consultation with Parent, may adjourn or postpone the Company Shareholders Meeting to the extent necessary to ensure that any legally required supplement or amendment to the Proxy Statement/Prospectus or the Registration Statement is provided to the Company Shareholders or, if as of the time for which the Company Shareholders Meeting is originally scheduled (as set forth in the Proxy Statement/Prospectus), there are insufficient Company Ordinary Shares represented (either in person or by proxy) to constitute a quorum necessary to conduct the business of the Company Shareholders Meeting.

  • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Board of Directors Meetings The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that meetings of its Board of Directors are held at least four times each year and at least once each quarter.

  • NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS At least seven clear days’ notice in writing counting from the date service is deemed to take place as provided in these Articles specifying the place, the day and the hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business, shall be given in the manner hereinafter provided or in such other manner (if any) as may be prescribed by the Company by Ordinary Resolution to such Persons as are, under these Articles, entitled to receive such notices from the Company, but with the consent of all the Shareholders entitled to receive notice of some particular meeting and attend and vote thereat, that meeting may be convened by such shorter notice or without notice and in such manner as those Shareholders may think fit.

  • Quarterly Meetings At Landlord's request, Tenant shall make the Tenant's property management team and the executive officers of Tenant's general partner available to meet with Landlord on a quarterly basis to discuss the Reserve Estimate, the annual budgets and any other items related to the operation of the Facility, which Landlord wishes to discuss. Tenant agrees to give good faith consideration to any suggestions or requests that Landlord may have.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.
