BILINGUAL SKILL PAY. Bilingual pay shall be paid to an employee occupying a designated bilingual position who has certification of proficiency in the required language as appropriate for the position starting with the first full pay period following certification. An employee occupying a primary bilingual position shall be paid a bilingual pay differential of forty-five ($45.00) per pay period. An employee occupying a provisional bilingual position shall be paid a bilingual pay differential of twenty-five ($25.00) per pay period.
