Bleachers. PERMITTEE shall be solely responsible for the construction and removal of any bleachers, booths, fencing, tents or structures used during the course of the event.
Bleachers. Cost of the replacement of the lamps installed in field lighting fixtures shall be the responsibility of Licensee.
Bleachers. Ski Team may place and store up to four bleachers in the Premises during the ski season. Additional bleachers may be permitted with the permission of the Park Superintendent or designee.

Bleachers. At the beginning of the spring season and each time that the Park District or its agent moves any bleachers or picnic tables located in the parks, the Park District will inspect each set of bleachers and each picnic table to ensure such bleacher and picnic table is in good working condition.

Provide wheelchair seating areas, as required by 4.1.3(19)(a), each with a minimum clear ground or floor space of 66 inches wide by 48 inches deep for forward or rear access, or 66 inches wide by 60 inches deep for side access. Ensure that the ground or floor at all wheelchair locations is level, firm, stable, and slip resistant; that wheelchair seating areas are an integral part of the fixed seating plan and are located so as to provide people with physical disabilities a choice of admission prices and lines of sight comparable to those available for members of the general public; that wheelchair seating areas adjoin an accessible route that also serves as a means of egress in case of emergency; and that at least one fixed companion seat is provided next to each wheelchair seating area. Bleachers. Bleachers to be installed at the Site for patrons attending the Event, shall be inspected by the Bemidji Police Department prior to use for Event activities.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.
