Common use of BLOOD AND BONE MARROW DRIVES Clause in Contracts

BLOOD AND BONE MARROW DRIVES. All members of this Unit who are either assigned or detailed to Special Duty shall be allowed to attend and participate in all City-sponsored blood drives up to two hours on City time. All members of the Unit may take time off with pay to donate bone marrow in accordance with Section 4.118 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.

All members of this Unit Employees who are either assigned or detailed to Special Duty and Inspectors shall be allowed to attend and participate in all City-sponsored blood drives up to two hours on City time. All members of the Unit employees may take time off with pay to donate bone marrow in accordance with LAAC Section 4.118 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code4.118.
