Measurable Goal: Keep records of field activities, inspections, enforcement actions, and compliance assistance activities, and fact sheets/BMPs distributed as part of the implementations of BMPs #3c-1through c-4. Report number of number illicit discharges detected, inspections, enforcement actions, and fact sheets/BMPs distributed. The inspection information will be entered quarterly into appropriate databases currently in use by City of Gainesville and Alachua County related to the MS4. Implementation Schedule: New for mobile businesses (FY18); both the outreach activities and creek inspections to be continued for the duration of the program.

Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.
