Board Mailing System. The Union shall be permitted to use the interschool distributional facilities and services no more than twice a month during the school year. The Union shall be responsible for the delivery of materials to the central point and must identify the Union officer and address of the sender on the envelope or exterior portion of the material. Additionally, the Union shall be permitted to use the internal e-mail system of the school district to com- municate official union business to bargaining unit employees. Such use shall be consistent with Board policy, including the policies on electronic use, ethics, and non-harassment/non-discrimination.
