UNION OFFICER. Officer elected or appointed by the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union, Local #320.
UNION OFFICER. Officer elected or appointed by the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. Union, Local No.
UNION OFFICER. An elected official of the Union, e.g., President, Vice- President, Secretary, Treasurer.
UNION OFFICER. Officer elected or appointed by the Union.
UNION OFFICER. Officer elected or appointed by the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, A.F.L.-C.I.O., Council No. 65, Local Union 1450.
UNION OFFICER. (a) The Company agrees that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of Union affiliation. The Union agrees that neither it nor its members will engage in Union activities on the Com pany’s time or in the Company’s store, provided, however, that representatives of the Union shall, after notification to the Company have free approach to the em ployees in the store, but the Union agrees that this right of approach shall be used judiciously and in the execution of official business.
(b) It is agreed that an employee of the Company upon being elected to office in the Union where his entire time is required shall be considered on leave-of-absence for a period of two (2) years and upon termi nation of such service in the Union shall be reinstated in a similar position without loss of seniority.
UNION OFFICER. A. The Employer agrees to permit an authorized representative or of ficer of the Union to have free access to the stores at all hours in which said stores are open for business for the purpose of communicat ing with the employees employed therein, or for the purpose of conferr ing with the management, but such representatives or officers shall not interfere with the duties of any said members or the business of the Employer.
B. The Union Store Card may be displayed in all places where members of Local No. 444 are employed. The store card shall be removed at the request of the union.
C. The Union shall be furnished space in each store for posting of union notices.
UNION OFFICER. An employee designated by the UNION for the purpose of communicating with the EMPLOYER on matters of interest to either party.
UNION OFFICER. Officer elected or appointed by American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 65, AFL-CIO, Local 3533 (Highway Department Unit).
UNION OFFICER. An employee covered by this Agreement who is an elected officer of CWA local 7901 shall be granted a leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority for a period not to exceed two (2) days per month and an additional two (2) weeks per year. Requests for such leave shall be made in writing.
