Mail System a. The VTO shall have the right to use the school mail system, to include school mailboxes, provided that it agrees to pay any cost assessed by the United States Postal Service. The Board shall not grant any other employee organization these privileges for matters dealing with this bargaining unit unless otherwise required by law.

Mail System. The Association may use the internal mail system of the school and place Association communications in the mail boxes provided each teacher in the system.
Mail System. The Association may use the District’s internal mail distribution system to circulate routine information to its members. The Association shall not use the District mail system to distribute or obtain information regarding political candidates or issues which are a part of any public election or employee strike. The Association will defend and hold harmless the District from any claim arising from the Association’s use of the mail system.

A copy of any material for general distribution to CSEA bargaining unit employees will be provided to the director of human resources at time of distribution. Any use of the electronic communications system will be governed by Board Policy 8990 and by Administrative Procedure 8990.1.
