Board Meeting Notification. A copy of the agenda for all regular and special Board meetings will be sent by email to the Association President within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled meeting. In the case of a special Board meeting, the Board may orally inform the Association President of the scheduled meeting within twenty-four (24) hours of the meeting. The forty-eight (48) hour parameter may be waived in the case of an emergency.
