EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. Employees shall be notified of their assignment for the following school term as to school, grade level, and/or subject area by the last day of the school term. If it is a different assignment than the employee currently has, the employee may request to meet with the administrator making the change. After the last day of the school term, said assignment may only be changed by the Administration if necessitated by an emergency. The term emergency may include, but is not limited to, a significant change in enrollment, or a vacancy created by death, disability, resignation, dismissal or the leave of absence of an employee. In the event of any emergency changes of assignments, the Employee affected shall be notified promptly.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. An Employee shall be given written notice of any change of his/her assignments for the forthcoming school year no later than twenty-one (21) calendar days preceding the first day of the new school term unless an emergency situation develops as determined by the Board.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. 10 Absent unusual circumstances, an employee shall be given written notice of his/her 11 regular assignment prior to the start of the forthcoming school term. In the event changes 12 in such assignments are made, the employee shall be notified as soon as possible. EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. If an employee's assignment is changed, an employee shall be given written notice of his/her assignment for the forthcoming year not later than sixty (60) days preceding the first day of the new school term. In the event changes in such assignments are proposed, the employee affected shall be notified promptly and consulted. In no event shall changes in the employee's assignments be made later than thirty (30) days preceding the commencement of the next school term unless an emergency situation requires the same. In the event of such emergency, the employee shall be allowed to resign.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. An employee will be given written notice of assignments for the forthcoming year two (2) weeks prior to the last day of school. Employees must notify the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or designee by the last day of the school year of their intent to return to the assigned position. In the event involuntary transfers are necessary, the employee and the SEEO will be notified as soon as the need for an involuntary transfer takes place. If an employee is required to travel between two (2) schools, the traveling employee’s schedule will be prepared so as to provide 30 minutes for travel between schools, not inclusive of breaks or lunch. Employees required to travel between sites will be compensated for mileage at no less than the federal rate.

EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. Employees shall be given written notice of assignments for the forthcoming school year as soon as known by the Administration, but no later than the last employment date of the preceding school year. Further, if a change in an employee assignment is needed, the employee shall be notified as promptly as possible. Upon the request of an employee whose assignment was changed within fifteen (15) days before the start of the school year or, is changed during the course of the year, the District will provide assistance to that employee to allow said employee an opportunity to plan and prepare for the new assignment. For purposes of this section, a "change" shall be deemed to mean a change in job classification, building assignment, position within a job classification, or route package.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. An employee shall be given written notice of tentative assignment for the forthcoming school year no later than thirty (30) calendar days preceding the first day of the new school term whenever practical. Such tentative assignment may change as District needs change, but in such case the employee shall be given as much advance notice of the change as practical.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. A. Certificated Employees - All presently employed certificated Employees shall be notified of their specific teaching assignments by June 1 in writing of the academic school year prior to the new assignment. All employed certificated Employees who are scheduled to move to different position/building shall be notified by May 21st. In case of emergency, assignments may be changed and certificated Employees shall be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, the affected certificated Employees shall be permitted to resign without penalty.
EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION OF ASSIGNMENTS. Employees shall be given written notice of any change in the employee’s assignment as soon as possible. Employees may discuss any change in assignment with the Superintendent or designee. Employees who have applied for a vacancy shall receive a written notification from the Board whenever the Board has selected an applicant to fill the vacancy.
