Board of Education Action. The Board will consider hearing the complaints only when the complaints cannot be resolved by the administrator and employee involved. Matters referred to the Board must be in writing and be specific in the terms of the complaint and action desired.
Board of Education Action. The District’s Superintendent, or his or her designees, after the ranking process is completed, will submit his or her recommendations for layoff or recall to the Board of Education for action with certification that his or her recommendations were made consistent with the Layoff and Recall procedure. This Article is not subject to the grievance procedure.

Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Board of Education through the Business Administrator/Board Secretary.

  • HOME EDUCATION 1. Educational services that may be required for home education students as defined in School Act, Part II, Div. 4, Sec. 12 & 13 and School Act Regulations, Sec. (3), shall be provided by bargaining unit members.
