Board of Education Meetings. A. A place on the agenda of all regular Board of Education meetings shall be granted if requested in writing by the Association President on or before Thursday prior to the meeting. B. The Association shall receive copies of all Board of Education agendas, minutes, financial reports, and approved policies and procedures. These reports shall be given to the Association at the same time they are given to the Board.
