BOARD OF TRUSTEES RIGHTS. The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the District, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, all rights, powers, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and/or the United States and any right not specifically limited by this Agreement.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES RIGHTS. A. RESPONSIBILITIES The Association agrees that the Board is legally responsible for the operation of the College. No action by the Board or the administrative staff shall violate the expressed terms of this agreement.

The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the public and the appointing authority, hereby retains and reserves unto itself all power, right, authority, duty, and responsibility conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and constitution of the State of Washington and of the United States, including, but without limiting, the generality of the following rights:

Section 1 - The Board of Trustees of the College, in its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the College, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, all rights, power, authorities, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the statutes and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and the statutes and the Constitution of the United States of America. These rights and the responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following as deemed necessary and advisable by the Board.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES RIGHTS. 1.01 The Board of Trustees is a public body established under, and with the powers provided by, the statues of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and nothing in this Agreement shall derogate from the powers and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees under the statutes of the Commonwealth or the rules and regulations of the agencies of the Commonwealth.
