Board Packets. The Board agenda and minutes will be made available to the principals. The principals will attend Board meetings when requested by the Superintendent or the Board.
Board Packets. The President of the Association shall be given a copy of the `Board Packet" or similar memoranda as distributed to the Teachers' Association and which excludes all confidential Board information, at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled time of any regular or special board meeting.

Board Packets. A. The District shall provide, at no cost, a copy of the Board Agenda and information packet for every regular and special meeting of the Board of Directors. The District shall also provide, at no cost, a copy of the annual financial report and the independent auditor’s report at the end of each fiscal year when approved by the Board of Directors for release.
