Board Information. The Executive shall at all times promptly give to the Board (in writing if so requested) all such information as it may require in connection with matters relating to the Executive’s employment or with the Company or the business of the Company.
Board Information. Employee shall keep the Board fully informed of all matters concerning VGC, Employer and the Subsidiaries and shall provide the Board with status reports concerning such entities at such times, in such manner and containing such information as the Board may request from time to time.
Board Information. The Board shall distribute (a) the minutes of any meetings of the Joint Management Committee under each of the Production Sharing Contracts to each of the Directors and (b) the technical reports received by the Company from time to time, including but not limited to, reserves updates.
Board Information. 111 The President of PACE will receive copies of the Board agenda electronically on the Friday prior to any meeting of the Board as well as copies of the Board approved minutes within five (5) workdays of approval.
Board Information without limiting or impairing (and in addition to) any other rights of the Investor under this paragraph 6 generally, the Company shall ensure that all information, materials and documentation provided to the Board are concurrently provided to the Investor, provided that the Investor shall hold all such information, including, but not limited to, all of the Company’s technical data, work plans and programs, permitting, environmental and social information, and results of the Company’s operations, in the strictest confidence and shall protect and safeguard the confidential and proprietary nature thereof by exercising the same degree of care that the Investor exercises over its own confidential information; and

Board Information. The Association President and Vice President shall be provided with the Board Agenda prior to ensuing Board meeting and may request any referenced attachments or exhibits which will be provided promptly.
Board Information. 19.01 The Board shall provide to the Union the following information upon request:
(i) time, date and place of all regular Board Meetings;
(ii) a copy of the agenda prior to all regular Board Meetings;
(iii) a copy of the minutes of all regular Board Meetings;
(iv) all non-confidential reports received and approved after each regular Board Meeting;
(v) a copy of the Minister’s Order on Education Funding;
(vi) a copy of the Budget as approved by the Board.
19.02 A draft of any new policy or change in policy that affects the terms and conditions of employment of teachers shall be sent to the Union and the Union may provide a response. The Board will make the final draft of any such policy or policy change accessible to the Union prior to Board approval.
Board Information. 8.01 The Board shall supply the NSTU-CRRC with a copy of minutes of Board meetings after such minutes are adopted by the Board.
8.02 The Board shall supply the NSTU-CRRC with a copy of its approved budget after it has received all necessary approvals.
8.03 The Secretary to the Board shall provide the NSTU-CRRC with a copy of the Policy Manual and the Administration Procedures Manual including any updates made to these manuals as they become available.
8.04 The parties agree that the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to Board consideration shall forward to the NSTU-CRRC a draft of proposed changes in Board Policy.
8.05 The Board shall provide the CRRC and REWC Chairs with a paper copy of the Board’s web page listing all teachers granted voluntary transfer as per this Agreement after each round and before the next round until staffing is completed.
Board Information. NYLIM represents, warrants and covenants to McMorgan Funds that the information provided by NYLIM to the Board of Trustees of McMorgan Funds in connection with its review of the Reorganization is materially accurate and complete and that, to the best of its knowledge, NYLIM has provided all information concerning McMorgan Funds, MainStay Funds and the Reorganization it believes is reasonably necessary for the Board of Trustees of McMorgan Funds to evaluate the Reorganization.
