Boarding System. An automatically-controlled, electrically power-operated ramp system compliant to requirements defined in 49 CFR Part 38, Subpart B, §38.23c shall provide ingress and egress quickly, safely, and comfortably, both in forward and rearward directions, for a passenger in a wheelchair from a level street or curb. The ramp shall have a variable boarding angle with a minimum of 4:1 and a maximum of 6:1 boarding angle or latest revision, heavy-duty simple hinged, foldout design. The ramp construction shall be all stainless steel. When the system is not in use, the passageway shall appear normal. In the stored position of the ramp, no tripping hazards shall be presented and any resulting gaps shall be minimized. The controls shall be simple to operate with no complex phasing operations required, and the system operation shall be under the surveillance and complete control of the operator. The controls shall be mounted as an integral component of the operator’s controls. Switches shall be of the heavy duty, momentary type, self-centering so that release of the control switch will stop the system immediately. The control function of the switches shall be permanently identified. The vehicle shall be prevented from moving during the boarding cycle by a throttle and brake interlock system. The wheelchair boarding system shall not present a hazard, nor inconvenience any passenger. The boarding system shall be inhibited from deploying, retracting or folding when a passenger is on the ramp/platform. A passenger boarding or disembarking via the ramp shall be able to easily and continually obtain support by grasping the passenger assist located on the doors or other assists provided for this purpose. The platform shall be designed to protect the ramp from damage and persons on the sidewalk from injury during the extension/retraction or lowering/raising, all phases of operation or use. The ramp shall be capable of handling and allowing transport of passengers with mobility aids, up to 660 950 pounds combined. The system structure design shall have been tested to 1,800 pounds @ static load. The boarding platform shall be covered with a replaceable or renewable, nonskid material and shall be fitted with devices to prevent the wheelchair from rolling off the sides during boarding. Both sides of the ramp shall be fitted with high visibility yellow. Both edges of the ramp shall be fitted with high visibility yellow.   • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
