Body of Law and Dispute Resolution. 1. This Contract as well as the rights and obligations arising hereunder, including any interpretation of its validity and consequences in the event of its invalidity, are subject to and shall be interpreted under the legal order of the Slovak Republic. At the same time, the Contracting Parties hereby exclude the application of any and all conflicting standards contained in legal regulations and in bilateral and/or multilateral international treaties and/or agreements, which are included in the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
