Interim Reports From time to time, but no less frequently than monthly, the Sponsor shall cause to be prepared and delivered (at the expense of this FuturesAccess Fund), to each Investor interim reports indicating this FuturesAccess Fund’s estimated results of operations and presenting such other matters concerning this FuturesAccess Fund’s operations as the Sponsor may deem appropriate as well as those required by the applicable Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations. The estimated performance of this FuturesAccess Fund will be available upon request to the Sponsor by any Investor.
Failure to Report No compensation shall be granted for the total period of standby if the employee is unable to report for duty when required.
FAILURE TO MEET REPORTING OBLIGATIONS 14.1 Should the Licensee fail to furnish the Licence Parameter Return referred to in clause 13.1 above within the required time period, SAMRO will be entitled to invoice the Licensee based on the licence parameters upon which the preceding invoice was based.
Scale Reports Forest Service shall pro- vide Purchaser a copy of Forest Service scaler’s record, if requested in writing.
Form 700 Filing The California Political Reform Act and the Chula Vista Conflict of Interest Code require certain government officials and consultants performing work for government agencies to publicly disclose certain of their personal assets and income using a Statement of Economic Interests form (Form 700). In order to assure compliance with these requirements, Consultant shall comply with the disclosure requirements identified in the attached Exhibit C, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference.
Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements.
Failure to Meet Timelines Failure by the Union to comply with the timelines will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance. Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.
Quarterly Reporting Timeframes Quarterly reporting timeframes coincide with the State Fiscal Year as follows: Quarter 1 - (July-September) – Due by October 10 Quarter 2 - (October-December) – Due by January 10 Quarter 3 - (January-March) – Due by April 10 Quarter 4 - (April-June) – Due by July 10
SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.
Title Report If no Additional Mortgage Policy is required with respect to such Additional Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the date such Additional Mortgage is to be recorded and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;
