Boundary Line Adjustments. The Project requires several boundary adjustments to the Project Site as well as adjacent lands. The actual location of the boundary adjustments are depicted on the plans entitled: “Boundary Line Adjustment between City of Montpelier and State of Vermont,” Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by Xxxxxx & King, Inc. dated April 25, 2014 (the “Boundary Adjustment Plans”). The City will work with the adjacent owners to obtain a boundary adjustment agreement between the City and such parties.
Boundary Line Adjustments. Adjustments to THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO’s MHPA boundaries may be made in limited circumstances. Such adjustments require the concurrence of the USFWS and CDFG as set forth in Section 5 of the MSCP Plan and Section 1.1.1 of the Subarea Plan, and require public notice and an opportunity to comment in those instances where THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO will exercise its discretionary authority in making an adjustment. This Agreement need not be amended to reflect such adjustments.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term.   • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.   • Workplace adjustment An employer wishing to employ a person under the provisions of this clause shall take reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job. Changes may involve re-design of job duties, working time arrangements and work organisation in consultation with other employees in the area.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.

  • Construction Cost Adjustment Contracting Officer, as provided in B5.21, B5.212, B5.251, B5.252, and B5.253, shall adjust Specified Road construction cost estimates in the Schedule of Items and show the adjustments as credits or debits to Timber Sale Account in the month when the road segment is accepted.

  • Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.

  • Price Increase/Decreases No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the Contract. The County requires documented proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of 30-days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County of Orange. The County may enforce, negotiate, or cancel escalating price Contracts or take any other action it deems appropriate, as it sees fit. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract. Adjustments increasing the Contractor’s profit will not be allowed.
