BPA Volume. The Government estimates but does not guarantee that the cumulative volume of purchases under the BPA will be approximately $450 million over the five (5) year ordering period of the BPA.

BPA Volume. The government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the volume of purchases through this agreement will be $98,000,000 over 60 months.
BPA Volume. The maximum value of Task Orders to be placed under all BPAs awarded may be $1,000,000,000.00 over the course of One Hundred Twenty (120) months (10 years). The combined maximum cumulative dollar amount that may potentially be awarded is $1,000,000,000.00. The maximum aggregate dollar value of all Task Orders awarded cannot exceed the BPA ceiling amount. The Headquarters Program Office and Contracting Office will monitor the overall program ceiling of $1,000,000,000.00. The BPA Holder(s) will be notified when this ceiling is reached.

  • Warranty Period Except as may be otherwise specified or agreed, Contractor shall repair all defects in materials, equipment, or workmanship appearing within one year from the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. If Substantial Completion occurs by phase, then the warranty period for that the Work performed for each phase begins on the date of Substantial Completion of that phase, or as otherwise stipulated on the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the particular phase.

  • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.
